The Harness Assist has been designed to combat the dangerous situation of suspension trauma experienced by fall victims and is concealed neatly within the energy absorbing lanyard.
In the event of a fall the foot loops automatically deploy, allowing the fall victim two foot loops on which to stand, reducing the pressure on the upper thigh.
The Harness Assist is deployed from the lanyard; it is attached to the anchor point, diverting the weight from the foot loops and away from the body.
