Built-in fastening loops connect to existing stretcher straps for maximum patient safety during transportation. Individual leg restraints and adjustable head support with ear openings create ease of access for EMT attendants. The sewn in lift handles at both ends ensure easy handling in confined spaces.
This unit comes with head and chin straps as well as a carrying case.
