The Premier Stretcher Carrier (PSC) is a revolutionary means of easy transporting injured people over almost any kind of terrain not accessible by vehicles.

The unique PSC frame is made of heavy-duty but lightweight aluminium and can easily
adapted for different terrains by a quick change of the axle and the two wheels.

  • Wide wheel base keeps patient stable
  • Foot prop folds up and out of the way for transporting the patient
  • One PSC frame will accommodate either the narrow conventional wheels or the patented balloon wheels (Roleez) with their respective axles
  • Treatment can be administered at waist level
  • Stretcher can be quickly attached to and detached from a PSC with four hand clamps
  • Flexible, patented balloon wheels (Roleez) with wide surface contact area allow for easy manoeuvrability over sand, mud, rocky or uneven terrain.
