Ferno has designed a bolstered mattress to suit the harsh environment and road conditions experienced in Australia. Our mattress combines four layers of foam with varying densities and shapes to provide the ultimate comfort for patients. Slow recovery foam with bolstered sides creates a centring action that stabilises patients, providing support in transit.

Each mattress is covered in soft, flexible, medical grade vinyl on the patient area with durable, hard wearing, medical grade vinyl on the underside to prevent mattress damage. Each mattress is heat sealed to prevent ingress of fluids.
